Strong, accurate and absoluetly reliable, the new TRIM series is thejewel of the 5-axis machining centers for trimming plastic and compositematerials.
As with the previous MKN model, the new TRIM machiningcenter assures good access to the working area, so that the jig is easily access ble.The working qualities of the TRIM series meet any requirements in terms of machining speed and quality.
Among the various options, automatic loading / unloading systems (rotary,table and twin shutle) allow fast clamping, saving previous time.

The new generation of the FLA series combines the productivity of a high speed miling machine to the potential of a mobile bridge machining center. High dynamics of all axes to allow the maximum productivity for the production of any specific application field. 80 m / min rapid speed and up to 0.8 g of X - Y - Z axes acceleration represents the necessery qualifications fot the trimming of plastic, composites as well as patterns made of resin and wood.
Among the various options, automatic looding / unloading systems (rotary table and twin shuttle) allow clamping for saving precious time.

The new machining center Series Flu built with monolithic structure to dampen vibrations, is intended for high-spees milling of resin models and aluminium moulds. The special arcitecture of the machine allows a total accessibility to the working area, with the possibility to load jigs and pieces using a crane.

The Nova Series CNC machining centers have a study monolithic structure with a double rail systems on both sides of the baseframe, allowing the maximum rigidity of the gantry during the operations.
The Nova is capable to machine several materials, as aluminium and composites, ensuring the highest performances through a 15 or 30 kW electrospindle and high performance piece locking system. The optional 5-axis head, compact and equipped with rotary axis locking system and Heidenhain direct encoders, allows and high quality and priecise working of elaborated pieces. The easy and quick set up, thanks to piece centering laser systems, makes the machinery extremely performing.
The CSRS is an optional patented equipment, especially designed for the miling aluminium stack sheets.

The NAVY series is an advanced 5-axis machining center especially designed for boatbuilders. A wide range of models enables to meet any dimensional and technological need.
Customers who have chosen a NAVY machine have shortly incremented their constructive quality and efficiency; also the quality of the work environment has greatly improved thanks to the various options provided, such as dust suction systems and active/passive safety devices.
Maximum flexibility is granted by thşs multi-purpose machining centre which allows both pattern making and trimming of deck hulls, fiberglass parts and high-resistance composites.

SKY Series is especially designed to perform the challenging demands of the automotive and aerospace industry.
The gantry design, the fixed machine bed and the upper rolling shutter make SKY the perfect 5-axis machining center for the manufacture of tooling, moulds and models in aluminium, composites and light alloys materials. The high performances are granted by the extreme rigidity and stability matched with the highly dynamic drives.
Depending on the requested performance each machining center is customized with the mosy advanced measuring systems such as Heidenhain glass linear scale system mounted on the linear axes.
All the measuring devices are pressurized to protect them against dust or scraps. Enclosure is another key strength thanks to integrated sidewalls and the sturdy sliding doors protected against dust and the flood coolant used with wet machining.

Belotti S.p.A. is specialized in the production of 3 and 5 axis waterjet cutting centers both with abrasive powder system or with pure water. The pupose is to provide a milling center able to increase our customers production: waterjet technology allows to process several materials with high precision and rapidity and, minimizing the effect of the heat, it is possible to avoid the deformations duw to thermal and mechanical stresses. The low percentage of scraps and the minimum tool use make this technique very economic as well as low environmental impacting.
All these aspects push Belotti S.p.A. to continue its commitment in developing and researching for new effective solutions to increase the performance of its cutting centers and to meet the needs and requests of an increasingly demanding market.

The MDL series is an advanced 5-axis machining center with mobile gantry designed to ensure strong rigidity in high speed machining.
The Classic version meets all production needs in milling of models and prototypes for automotive and nautical industries, while Superior version, using double motors for the complete elimination of the backlash, Heidenhain linear scales measuring system and a sturdy structure, is used for milling aluminium and its alloys, structural carbon fiber frames and composite materials for the aviation industry.
The brand new head driven by torque motors, designed and patented by Belotti SpA, encriches the already wide choice of operating units making MDL series synonymous with versatility, efficiency and extremely high precision.
